ARF Small Commercial Operator Safety Course

Arctic Research Foundation in partnership with Training Works has developed a two-day small commercial operator training program for operators in the Kitikmeot region of Nunavut. The program covers several areas including basic navigation, basic communication, interactions with other vessels (collision regulations), emergencies, passage and voyage planning, and preparing your vessel.
